Day three of MF Doom week and we have another free delight from Danger Doom!.. With some nice funky space grooves and Dooms usual chilled raps, 'Occult Hymn' is a nice add on to 'The Mouse and the Mask'. although 'Perfect Hair II' has the same sample i used in the past and i relise that no producer can really flip it any different than anyone else (this track basically loops it). anyway the stand out track for me is 'Sofa King Remix' its just great. 'Occult Hymn is a follow-up EP to Danger Doom's debut album The Mouse and the Mask. It contains seven tracks and was released as a free download at Adult Swim's website on May 30 2006. Its name is a reference to a line in Danger Doom's song A.T.H.F., and intentionally rhymes with "Adult Swim."'
